This website (ingepermit-platform.vercel.app, the "Platform") is owned and operated by IngeBridge S.L., a company incorporated in Spain.
IngePermit is a preliminary regulatory-applicability and dossier-collaboration tool for manufacturers, EPC contractors, and buyers operating in Algeria's hydrocarbons sector. It helps users determine whether equipment or installations may fall within the scope of applicable Algerian regulations, decrees, and procedures issued by the competent authorities, and helps users prepare, review, and exchange the supporting dossier documentation, drawing on an AI-assisted review system integrated and supervised by the IngeBridge team (see our Privacy Policy for details on how data is processed).
IngeBridge S.L. is not a public authority, a notified body, or a regulatory body. The assessments, checklists, comments, and internal readiness reviews provided through the Platform are preliminary decision-support only. They do not constitute, and must never be relied upon as, an official ruling, certification, or approval by the competent authority. IngeBridge S.L. does not guarantee that a dossier prepared or reviewed through the Platform will be approved by any competent authority; its role is limited to helping users prepare the most complete and accurate dossier reasonably possible, drawing on an AI-assisted review system and the team's experience in this field, in order to reduce the risk of rejection or delay.
The Platform's software, design, texts, logos, and other content are the property of IngeBridge S.L. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the documents and data they upload.
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform will be submitted to the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under applicable law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
