Please read these terms carefully before using IngePermit.
IngePermit, operated by IngeBridge S.L., is a preliminary regulatory-applicability and dossier-collaboration platform for manufacturers, EPC contractors, and buyers. It helps users assess whether equipment may fall within the scope of certain regulatory decrees, prepare the corresponding dossier, and exchange comments and document reviews with the IngeBridge team.
IngeBridge S.L. is not a competent authority, notified body, or certification body. Every assessment, checklist result, comment, or internal readiness review produced through the Platform is preliminary decision-support based on an AI-assisted review system and the team's professional experience. It does not constitute a binding legal or regulatory determination, and IngeBridge S.L. does not guarantee that any dossier will be approved, accepted, or free from objection by the competent authority or any third party. Our role is to help you prepare the most complete and accurate dossier reasonably possible, in order to reduce — not eliminate — the risk of rejection or delay.
The Platform uses two separate, independent AI-related systems, described below.
Dossier review system. The assessments and document reviews described in Section 2 are produced with the help of an AI-assisted review system built in-house by the IngeBridge team, specialized in permitting and regulatory-compliance analysis, and operated on our own private, local servers. We do not share the dossier documents or account information you submit through the Platform's dossier features — including with this AI system — with third-party AI providers. All dossier information you submit to, or exchange with, the Platform is treated as confidential.
General-assistant chatbot. The Platform also offers a general-purpose chatbot that answers general questions about applicable regulations and how the Platform works. This chatbot is powered by a third-party AI service provider (currently Groq) and does not have access to your dossier documents, account data, or any other client or admin information. Do not enter confidential, personal, or dossier-related information into the chatbot; treat it as a general information tool only.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you submit through the Platform, and for the final regulatory decisions you make based on them. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to your professional activity.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IngeBridge S.L. shall not be liable for any decision made, or regulatory outcome obtained, based on assessments, reviews, or comments provided through the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is," without warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of misuse or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
